We are a quarter in to the National Football League season and what you hear are the dogs barking out loudly and the bettor getting rich if you hand them a bone. Through the first four weeks the dogs are 38 and 24 Against The Spread overall which comes out to be a whopping 61.29%!
Here is the home and away breakdown: The away puppies are an insane 22 and 14 Against The Spread and that bettors tallies up to be 61.11%. Interestingly enough the home dogs are only 16 and 10 Against The Spread which is 61.54%.
By contrast, for those who are wagering on the money line you must be “in the dog house” because the furry little creatures are 28 and 34 straight up overall and that is 45.16%. The away dogs are hiding their tail in between their legs as they are a pathetic 14 and 22 which sadly is 38.89%. Naturally the home dogs had a much better bite for the bettor coming in at 14 and 12 straight up and that is 53.85%.
If you wager on the totals, you are exactly even except for the vig.
